School Programs can be tailored to address health and well-being objectives for your school.
These programs incorporate all elements of yoga - breath awareness, mindfulness, simple meditation activities and physical movement.
Schools - Mindfulness Matters
The Mindfulness Matters Program is an 8 week program that teaches kids and their class teacher how to incorporate mindfulness in their day to day school activities.
This program brings, calm, concentration and connection to school days.
Kindy & Day Care Centres
Programs can be tailored to suit your centre and the children in your care.
Sessions are 30-40 minutes and involve breath awareness, mindfulness activities movement, stories, games and fun.
Each Term follows a different theme.
Term 1 - Introduction
(Getting to know the Kindy Yoga way)
Term 2 - Adventures
(Under the Sea, Jungle, Dinosaurs, Space)
Term 3 - Story Book Yoga
(Bringing to life favourite well known stories)
Term 4 - Feelings; Getting Ready for School
(Recognise and talk about our emotions)
Studio classes occur every term for 8 weeks for different age groups.
5-8 years on Tuesday
9-12 years on Thursday
Casual attendance welcome
